Hello and welcome to our office!

While you may be an existing patient visiting our website or a patient that’s interested in chiropractic care and/or a nutritional consult, let me take a moment to further introduce myself.

From a young age, I knew I wanted to pursue a degree in medicine, with a strong desire to help others. It wasn’t until I had visited the chiropractor with my Mom, that I became intrigued with how chiropractic medicine worked and helped to allow my Mom to feel better without the use of drugs or more invasive procedures. She suffered from debilitating headaches along with jaw, neck, and occasional back pain from caring for two young children. I soon became a patient myself, enjoying treatment, asking many questions, and realizing this may be the career I was destined to pursue.

In 2005, I graduated with honors from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Kinesiology, otherwise known as Movement Science. Immediately following graduation I relocated to Fairfield, CT to pursue my doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine and master’s degree in Human Nutrition. In 2009, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine and Summa Cum Laude with a master’s degree in Human Nutrition.

In November 2009, I opened Greenwich Chiropractic & Nutrition after taking over the practice of Dr. Sharon Kaufman, a wonderful chiropractic physician who served the community for 25 years. Prior to opening my own practice, I was associated with the Health Sciences Clinic in Bridgeport, CT and also had the pleasure to have worked alongside Dr. Brett Carr, a sports chiropractor in Fairfield, CT.

I am a member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), Connecticut Chiropractic Association (CCA) as well as a past executive board member of the Student American Chiropractic Association. On numerous occasions, fellow colleagues have presented me with awards for my leadership and dedication to the profession. And during the past fourteen years, I have proudly participated in the Four Diamonds Fund, a philanthropy which raises money for pediatric cancer research and support.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my children and husband as well as traveling, swimming & Pilates, taking part in continuing education to further my knowledge, and educating the community on important health topics.
